Kind of similar to the body armor look he had near the end of the Hasbro series. I think I would prefer the hooded look, but still pretty cool- CC was always my favorite GI Joe man.

Hopefully that is just some life support system needed after the accident stated on his file card and will only be used temporarily....because it sucks ass. And what the helll is this "fiery accident" CC was not disfigured Snake Eyes was. CC, Destro, Firefly, et al wore masks to conceal thier ID.
This Cobra Comander sucks and makes judge this movie prematuraly(but reasonably) as FAIL.

Few Notes:
1 - The tubes will never work in the battlefield.. They limit the periphreal (sp) vision
2 - That gun is bigger than anything Rob Liefeld would ever draw for Cable.
3 - Must he have a pet snake?
4 - Is he an evil dentist with that drill thing?
5 - This is something that I have to get used too, like black suits for X Men.
6 - We have to remember, GiJoe and Cobra never really new how to accessorize. Quick Kick only wore pajama pants and a sash with throwing stars in a gun fight. We have to live with this.

The suit looks cool, but yeah the mask dosen't work.
You can't do the full mask because then you don't see the actor's eyes (the biggest downfall of the first Spiderman movie) and they thought the hood was too Klan so I can see that too (even though I loved the hood look and he is supposed to be the worst terroist in the world)
But my main complaint it that there is too much going on with the mask. Smooth it out and it would have been a merging of the other two masks.
And yeah "firey accident" He's not Darth Vader.
